Please note if you ever receive a damaged shipment from us, we are only able to issue a refund for the plants themselves and not for the price of shipping.

• To qualify please send an email of the order to sales@arthouseplants.net with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information.

• Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process.

WINTER PLANT SHIPPING PROTECTION:

Engineered specifically for shipping plants through cold conditions, we recommend adding our Winter Plant Shipping Protection when ordering plants during the winter months (November - April) if the order is shipping to an area that gets below 45 degrees.

Please add our shipping protection to your order to ensure your plants arrive to their destination safely. We guarantee a healthy delivery on all orders if the shipping protection has been added.

Winter Plant Shipping Protection Includes:
- Multi Day Heat Pack(s)*
- Express Shipping or Thermal Liners depending on the severity of the weather.
- Cold Weather Protection Guarantee - If your order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund.

  • If temps drop below 0 Degrees, we will hold off on the shipment entirely until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens. 

• Orders that do not have the Winter Plant Shipping Protection added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.

• If you have any issues, please bare with us as we are small business, it may take 1-2 days during the week to get back to you and fix any problems. We appreciate all of our customers.

 How can I cancel or change my order?

Please email sales@arthouseplants.net as soon as possible, within 24 hours of the placed order. Orders usually ship within 24-48 hrs, so prompt communication is important. If the order has been fulfilled and is en route, please treat it as a return and email us once your package reaches you.

Warranty Terms

We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:

• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.

• When daytime temps are 45 degrees F and below, we ask that you add a Winter Plant Shipping Protection to all cold state orders. Orders that do not have the Winter Plant Shipping Protection added and get cold damage will not be issued a replacement or refund.

• Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy.

• For plants that are damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above, qualify for either a refund or replacement.

Where can I find Art House Products?

You may find our products in a number of locations as we are a hybrid business, selling online and in-person. You can go directly to our website, arthouseplants. We are on Facebook/Instagram @arthouseplants. Send us a message and we'll help you shop! You'll find our plants available at select retail locations. Shop our greenhouse stock in person (by appointment only).

How do we ship live plants?

We've spent the last 4 years shipping plants for many happy customers. Over the years, we've developed unique packaging that allows us to ship plants ranging from two inches to five feet. We are so confident in our shipping capabilities that we guarantee a healthy plant delivery on every order.

Is it safe to ship Live Plants?

Yes! We've spent the last 4 years shipping plants for many happy customers. Over the years, we've developed unique packaging that allows us to ship plants ranging from two inches to five feet. We are so confident in our shipping capabilities that we guarantee a healthy plant delivery on every order.

Please note that plants are live, photosynthetic beings. They may appear stressed upon receipt. This is normal. The plants should recover after a few days reacclimatizing to the light and new environment.

What happens if my plant arrives in poor condition?

We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new one. *See our Warranty Terms for Winter Weather Shipping Protection information.

Before sending out any plants, we make sure they are in healthy and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, if the shipping company handles the package too roughly. When this happens, share a picture with us at sales@arthouseplants.net and we will work with you to make it right.

How long does fulfillment take?

Your order will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt. Shipping lead times vary nationwide although we aim to keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days. 

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept multiple forms of payment to suit the customer's particular needs. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo.
