    How do we ship live plants?

    Over the years, we've developed unique packaging that allows us to ship plants ranging from two inches to five feet. We also partner with professional shippers, House Plant Shop for large orders. We are so confident in our shipping capabilities that we guarantee a healthy plant delivery on every order.

    What happens if a dead plant shows up at my door?

    We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new one. Before sending out any plants, we make sure they are in healthy and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, if the shipping company handles the package too roughly. When this happens, share a picture with us and we will work with your to make it right.

    How much is shipping?

    All orders ship for free.

    No matter where in the US you live we will ship your order free of charge. Our greenhouses in California and Florida ship plants nationwide. Your "Boutique plant" ships from Pennsylvania nationwide!

    Can I order plants in the winter?

    Yes - We ship plants all days of the year. With our greenhouses on both sides of the country, we are able to deliver a healthy plant to your door 365 days a year.

    For cold weather areas we ask that you purchase a heat pack with your order. We recommend 1 heat pack per 3-4 plants.

    Do you use sustainable packaging?

    All our packaging is paper based and we try not to use any single use plastic within our entire supply chain.
    We connect people with nature so you can enjoy greenery inside your home or office.

    We hope we can inspire more people to live in a sustainable green way.
